Pick and choose only the professional services you need, and pay individually.
Menu of services
Market Analysis & Pricing Recommendation
We will prepare a report showing similar apartments that are on the market and those that have rented in your neighborhood for the past 2 months. From this report we will provide a rental pricing recommendation.
Marketing
We will prepare professional well written ads for you to place on websites such as Craigslist, among others. We will also give you some tips on how to best market your rental apartment so it stands out from the competition.
Photos
We will take professional photos of your apartment highlighting the best features. These photos will be used in your marketing of the property and in your custom website.
Custom Website
You will receive a complete website with up to 20 photos (which you can provide), unique property address domain name (ie., 123mainstreet.com), web hosting for 1 year.
Showings
We will show your property for you when you’re not available to do it yourself. We arrive 15 minutes early to turn on all the lights and straighten up for you, and will discuss your property’s best features with the prospective renter. Then, we collect feedback, turn off all lights and lock the doors.
Showing Coordination
Don’t have the time or don’t want to bother with showings? Use our phone number! We will field all inquiries, schedule showings, and show your property an unlimited number of times as part of the coordination fee. Includes collection of feedback after the showings.
Broker Bootcamp
If you have a superintendent on the premises or someone who can show the property for you but he or she needs some “sales” coaching, we will train that person to show like a pro! Nothing spells “not rented” more than a super opening the apartment door and saying the wrong thing! Hey, we can even show you how to be a better salesperson for your own property.
Paperwork & Negotiation
Does this sound like a headache? We will conduct a credit search, and make all calls to confirm the information given by the apartment applicant is true and correct. We will present and explain the terms of all offers and counter offers between you and your prospective tenant. Sorry, we can’t give legal advice.
